RNA-seq Web Tools provides lncRNA and target gene annotation in multiple cancer types based on TCGA dataset (33 cancer types and 11,373 pan-cancer patient), GEO dataset (351 microarray data) and circulating tumor cell (CTC) dataset (7 cancer types and 877 CTC samples). It provides interactive and customizable functions including three powerful modules: TCGA analysis module, GEO analysis module and CTC analysis module. These tools mainly provides: (i) to demonstrate the differential expression patterns of lncRNA-target regulation; (ii) the boxplot is used to compare the expression of specific lncRNA and target in cancer and normal samples; (iii) to show the dynamic expression correlation of functional lncRNA-target regulations in human disease, pearson correlation coefficients between lncRNA and key target in each of datasets are shown; (iv) scatter plot displays the expression of lncRNA-target in certain TCGA/GEO dataset. In summary, RNA-seq Web Tools describes the important role of lncRNA and target gene regulation in disease pathogenesis and tumor heterogeneity from RNA-Seq/Microarray dataset, including lncRNA-target gene differential expression analysis and correlation analysis.
